Altamira Gardens is located within the city limits of Panama City, accessible by El Dorado or the Northern Corridor expressway and just 8 minutes from the city’s financial center. While it is located in the direct output into the country through the Centennial Bridge.
The project built on a total area of 131,000 m2, is located in a hilly area adjacent to the National Baseball Stadium “Rod Carew” access on Centennial Avenue. It consists of 9 buildings on three hills at different levels which ensures each view of buildings on the park’s natural forests.
Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4 are implanted on the first hill at 110 meters high, buildings 5 and 6 on the 116 meter level to address the “Rod Carew” and buildings 7, 8 and 9 on the level of 100 meters. BUILDINGS
The building is made up of low-rise structures composed of ground floor and four upper levels arranged longitudinally to the ground and oriented so as to reduce the incidence of the sun on the main front and rear.
The distribution of these is based on a central core with their respective services (grooming area, elevators and stairs) and two buildings on either side, with wide open corridors that allow cross ventilation to each apartment. Among the most important features highlights a very short path between parking and housing as well as a broad bridge of balconies facing the living room.
The parking stalls are located at the front and along the building. Each building has 12 seats for visitors, plus for each dwelling.
