We work with several banks (Multibank, Scotia Bank, HSBC) which offers financing to foreigners who are non residents of Panama. Because our company has such a great relationship with the banks they can offer our clients the best rates and terms.

Requirements

Application, completed and signed
Authorization Form from APC signed.
Photocopy of Personal Identification Certificate or Passport
Last two (2) personal income tax returns
Two (2) bank reference letters addressed to Panama bank
Photo copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement

** Bank will finance the purchase price or appraisal, which ever is the lowest value.
