You will have 7 days to put your earnest money deposit to reserve unit, and then 15 refundable days to obtain financing and put your down payment.
We will then send you a contract to review with English translation. Once you sign the contract your deal is completed and then wait until the developer can deliver the property and close. Most Banks will finance foreigners with minimum 30% down.
